Job Description

Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

MDaudit

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy • Design and launch high-impact, multi-channel programs • Build and optimize personalized customer journeys • Create and distribute high-value content assets • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Product teams • Proactively mitigate retention risk through triggered programs • Own and scale a best-in-class customer advocacy and reference program • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle campaign calendar • Establish, track, and report on core KPIs • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Creative/Brand, RevOps, and Sales • Evaluate and enhance the annual Customer User Group meeting • Partner with Customer Success and Leadership to launch a Customer Advisory Board program

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or customer success marketing
  • Proven success driving adoption, expansion revenue, and retention through coordinated post-sale programs
  • Strong experience partnering with Customer Success/Account Management teams
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot required) and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with implementing and managing ABM tools
  • Exceptional project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
  • Data-driven approach: skilled at defining KPIs, analyzing performance, optimizing programs for ROI
  • Experience building and managing customer advocacy/reference programs

Role Description We are searching for a new Senior Online Engagement Manager position to join the Growth Marketing department. This person will collaborate closely with all other Marketing functions, in particular Website, Automations, Account Based Marketing, and Content, and work with stakeholders across our Revenue Organization including Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. What you’ll do - Own and continuously improve our online visibility and engagement across all digital channels including organic and paid tactics. - Work closely with regional and functional teams to drive and execute our SEO strategy. - Lead our GEO strategy, including organic optimization for large language models (LLMs) and emerging AI-driven search experiences, ensuring visibility beyond traditional search engines. - Use tools such as Semrush (or similar) to drive keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, and performance tracking. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and others, with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and ROI. - Manage forecasting and budget planning for paid media campaigns, working closely with stakeholders to align spend, performance expectations, and business goals. - Architect a high-performance technical foundation that powers SEO, GEO, and SEA, overseeing site structure, schema markup, and crawlability. - Analyze performance data and translate insights into concrete actions, leveraging Power BI (in collaboration with Revenue Operations) to monitor trends, results, and optimization opportunities. - Drive decisions through a “data-first” lens, aligning search and paid performance with CRM insights and attribution modeling. - Drive AI and innovation excellence in online engagement by identifying, testing, and scaling AI-powered tools, workflows, and content strategies. - Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and platform changes, proactively turning insights into recommendations. Qualifications - Proven experience in SEO, GEO and SEA, with a strong understanding of how organic, paid, and AI-driven discovery channels interact. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Semrush (or similar), and performance-oriented digital marketing setups. - Experience in paid media forecasting and budget management, with a strong commercial and performance mindset. - Solid knowledge of technical SEO and website structure, including structured data and content optimization for both classic search engines and LLM-based discovery. - Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Power BI or comparable reporting tools to derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its role in supporting targeted engagement and demand generation. - Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment, with confidence acting as a central point of contact across regions. - High curiosity for AI, LLMs, and emerging search technologies, paired with a practical, test-and-learn approach. - A proactive, structured working style with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement. - Clear and confident communication skills, able to translate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful actions. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
