• Own the end-to-end content strategy and integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the MDaudit Platform, value propositions, and buyer personas • Create and manage the editorial calendar and content distribution plans • Manage relationships with the PR Agency to develop media pitches, awards submissions, and other content • Establish reporting frameworks and analyze content marketing performance metrics across channels • Proactively leverage AI tools to research, generate, optimize, and personalize content production
• Own day-to-day endpoint management and device security for Windows (and other endpoints as applicable). • Administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot to deploy, configure, patch, and secure devices. • Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint and access issues. • Ensure devices are compliant, reliable, and ready for employees and contractors. • Maintain device baselines: patching, security settings, disk encryption, and required software. • Partner with Security to monitor and remediate endpoint risks. • Support identity and access tasks in Entra ID (users/groups, MFA, conditional access support, and device join/registration). • Create and maintain documentation (runbooks, standards, and knowledge articles) and keep tickets up to date.
• Build, own, and continuously improve the revenue reporting suite • Produce weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly board-ready revenue reports • Conduct win/loss analysis and surface pricing as a win/loss driver • Own and operate the deal desk end-to-end • Produce quarterly commercial performance reviews
• Support, enhance and build high quality Hayes enterprise software solutions. • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams working in an agile environment focused on delivering innovative solutions to our customers. • Participate in hands on development, POC’s, bug fixing, unit testing and deployment activities and act as a liaison between the tech and the customer facing teams. • Participate in all phases of SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Design, build and maintain high performing, reusable, and reliable code. • Collaborate with the Product team and other stakeholders to develop solutions that meet specific business objectives. • Be available as needed to support production deployments. • Support, troubleshoot and resolve production issues. • Ability to work on 3rd party tools integration (Okta, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot).
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal ELT of data using cutting-edge AWS ‘big data’ technologies (Glue, Data-Lake, Lambda functions, etc.) and Snowflake technologies. • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements by optimizing data delivery and enhancing existing frameworks for greater scalability. • Write, do a unit test, and deploy software code conforming to SDLC processes by leveraging the agile methodology. • Implement the software architecture for a given project by creating features and tasks with appropriate estimations using Azure DevOps. • Keep abreast of current trends in system architectures and development environments and support proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new technologies. • Provide periodic software code reviews to determine if coding standards and proper architecture design are being adhered to. • Work closely with Technical Support and data-engineering teams to promptly address support tickets for data operations. • Perform development project management task: Collaborate with Business Owners on scoping and requirements for each iteration. • Manage and maintain the progress of development projects. • Work with the security team for disaster recovery preparedness and ensure HITRUST compliance is maintained at all data processing levels. • Ensure data is retained only for the duration of its useful life and per compliance and contractual requirements.

• Generating and closing net-new ARR from enterprise healthcare organizations • Building and managing a high-quality, sustainable pipeline within an assigned territory • Developing executive-level relationships with CFO, Revenue Cycle, Compliance, HIM/Coding, and IT leaders • Partnering with BDRs to drive outbound pipeline creation while maintaining personal prospecting discipline • Leading full-cycle enterprise sales motions from discovery through contract execution • Operating with forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline hygiene

• Manage and develop a team of Customer Enablement Advisors • Actively lead the evolution of our audit services into a continuous improvement program • Balance people leadership with hands-on auditing and customer coaching • Serve as a lead advisor who mentors team members • Deliver high-impact, performance-focused guidance to customers • Shape program strategy with the leader of the Training and Enablement department • Design and implement coaching initiatives • Support advisor onboarding and development • Maintain program documentation • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer performance situations
