• Responsible for managing projects from Contract to Completion. • Support project management including resources, schedules and financials. • Manage project issues, risks and change requests to ensure timely delivery. • Establish and enforce safety requirements. • Lead scheduling, budget and document management. • Track and report on project results. • Mentor project support positions. • Provide status reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years construction related experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Technically competent with MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point and Project Management Software.
- Experience working independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of safety field concepts, practices and procedures.
- Valid Driver’s License.
