• Lead large-scale Energy Storage Projects • Serve as the project technical lead, driving alignment with internal teams, outside engineering, vendors, contractors and customers • Respond to RFIs, identify and close technical gaps, lead meetings, and coordinate design changes and clarifications • Develop project-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate technical requirements and approvals with vendors • Visit the project site to meet with other stakeholders, troubleshoot problems, and check that the status of field work • Create commissioning and test plans based on contract requirements, support Factory and Field Acceptance Testing (FAT/FIT), and assist with troubleshooting during commissioning • Track technical issues, prepare weekly technical reports, prepare technical submittals, and create acceptance test reports for customer approval • Be familiar with industry standards and best practices • Coordinate project network design between internal (Software and Network teams) and external stakeholders • Create network design documentation

• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex, high‑impact technical issues affecting operational BESS sites. • Lead structured troubleshooting and root‑cause investigations across hardware, software, controls, networking, and commissioning boundaries. • Own issue resolution from intake through validation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as required. • Provide technical leadership across Service Engineering activities including corrective maintenance support, sustaining engineering, and fleet reliability initiatives. • Support Field Service teams with advanced diagnostics, decision‑making, and execution guidance during complex field events. • Act as a technical authority within the Service organization, setting standards for analysis quality, documentation, and escalation practices. • Drive improvements to service procedures, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and escalation workflows. • Identify systemic issues related to design, commissioning practices, documentation quality, or service readiness and work cross‑functionally to address them. • Contribute to lifecycle planning efforts including obsolescence management, upgrade strategies, and long‑term serviceability of deployed assets. • Partner closely with Product, Software, Controls, Network, Performance Engineering, and Operations teams to support issue resolution and feedback loops. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Service Engineers and Field Service Engineers. • Transition into direct people‑management responsibilities as team size and organizational needs grow.

• Lead battery storage system projects from initiation through installation, commissioning, and closeout. • Project point of contact for external and internal stakeholders including Engineering resources, subcontractors and suppliers. • Conduct regular project status meetings, follow up actions, and provide reports to customers as well as internal Management. • Understand contracts, issue change orders as needed, and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. • Manage suppliers independently to manage supply chain and technical issues.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and customers. • Respond to RFIs, identify technical gaps, support meetings, and coordinate design changes and clarifications. • Support pre and post-award contract reviews to identify technical requirements, deliverables, and compliance risks. • Ensure all requirements are tracked and planned for timely submittals. • Review product documents, drawings, and reports to become a technical expert and efficiently identify and resolve design, installation, and operational issues. • Develop project-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate technical requirements and approvals with vendors. • Create commissioning and test plans based on contract requirements, support Factory and Field Acceptance Testing (FAT/FIT), and assist with troubleshooting during commissioning. • Track technical issues, prepare weekly technical reports, prepare technical submittals, and create acceptance test reports for customer approval. • Be familiar with industry standards and best practices. • Lead battery storage system projects from initiation through installation, commissioning, and closeout • Stakeholder Management: Attends customer meetings & responds to RFIs • Contract Management: Understands parts of contract, Helps Lead PM with the kickoff tasks • Project Controls (Financial and Schedule): Tracks when vendors, HQ, 3rd party need to get paid • Technical Design & Engineering Support: Has minimal understanding of AEROS, Battery, PCS products • Commissioning: Supports Cx coordination activities, attends daily PODs and supports the team as needed • Risk Management: Identifies risks & alerts Lead PM

• Model Li-ion battery-based energy storage subsystems, including state machines, closed-loop controls, and related building blocks. • Collaborate with systems and controls engineering teams to develop physics-based models, simulate system performance, and validate lab and field data. • Support DevOps in packaging and deploying system models for customer-facing applications. • Analyze large volumes of time-series data to identify patterns, validate assumptions, and derive actionable insights. • Participate in Agile software development practices, contributing to design reviews, sprint planning, and iterative releases. • Produce high-quality documentation and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
