En tant que responsable clinique, vous relèverez directement du chef des services cliniques et jouerez un rôle essentiel dans les initiatives des opérations cliniques. Votre objectif principal sera d’optimiser les processus des cliniques et les flux de travail des équipes, ainsi que de rehausser l’excellence du service clinique grâce à un leadership clinique axé sur la prestation de soins fondés sur des données probantes. - Diriger la stratégie clinique : - Diriger l’orientation stratégique de notre équipe dynamique de médecins, d’infirmières et d’infirmiers praticiens et autorisés et de secrétaires médicales, et favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et positif. - Faciliter la communication : - Servir de pont entre l’équipe clinique et la direction en transmettant efficacement les commentaires et les impressions, en harmonie avec les objectifs de l’entreprise. - Chercher à maintenir l’équilibre entre la fidélisation des cliniciens et les objectifs de l’organisation. - Alignement des opérations nationales : - Harmoniser les processus, les communications, les politiques, la formation et les opérations à l’échelle nationale, assurant ainsi la rétention des meilleurs talents partout au Canada. - Excellence opérationnelle : - Favoriser une bonne hygiène opérationnelle grâce au développement et à la mise en œuvre de protocoles cliniques fondés sur des données probantes, aux audits de dossiers médicaux, à la supervision d’évaluations cliniques, à la gestion des recours hiérarchiques des patients et à l’officialisation de la formation médicale continue. - Amélioration des processus : - Introduire et soutenir de nouveaux processus et de nouvelles mesures pour aider l’équipe de gestion élargie à optimiser l’efficacité opérationnelle. - Leadership des opérations locales : - Agir en tant qu'expert en pratique clinique juridictionnelle, naviguer dans les environnements réglementaires, comprendre les limites du champ de pratique des praticiens et diriger les stratégies de laboratoire propres à la province. - Expertise clinique : - Représenter la perspective clinique lors de réunions d'affaires et d'interactions avec les clients, en tirant parti de votre expertise pour façonner des programmes et des services novateurs. Qualifications - Titre d’infirmière praticienne ou d’infirmier praticien en soins primaires en règle auprès des organismes réglementaires pertinents. - Le bilinguisme et la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, sont obligatoires. - Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en tant qu’infirmière praticienne ou infirmier praticien, et expérience en supervision d’équipe et en gestion du changement. - Solides compétences en organisation et en animation, en analyse de données et en leadership. - Passion manifeste pour la croissance et le développement dans un environnement en évolution rapide, avec un intérêt marqué pour la technologie et les soins de santé. - Aisance avec les systèmes de TI, y compris Google Workspace, Windows et Mac OS. - Curiosité, capacités d’analyse, esprit d’entrepreneuriat, créativité, adaptabilité et excellentes aptitudes en communication. - Disponibilité : 7,5 heures par jour, du lundi au vendredi. - Une connaissance avancée de l'anglais est requise, car vous serez appelé(e) à interagir en anglais avec des parties externes et internes.

Role Summary: Accuris is looking for a Program Manager to own the execution of individual New Product Introduction (NPI) launches from intake through post-launch review. This role works in close partnership with the responsible product manager, who retains ownership of product direction and decisions, and coordinates with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Legal, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Sales Enablement. The NPI framework, launch lifecycle, tier classification, and cross-functional ceremony structure are already in place. This is a high-visibility role with regular executive-facing reporting. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and moves programs forward without needing active management.
