As a KinderCare District Leader, you are responsible for leading a team of Center Directors, and providing them with the tools, coaching, and mentorship they need to succeed. This is a multi-unit field leadership role, responsible for 10-15 childcare centers and more than $10M in revenue. Our District Leaders drive quality and consistency in our centers and enhance family acquisition and retention.
