Role Description We are seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal operations for a fast-growing cybersecurity services organization. This role is responsible for managing RFP responses, developing proposal content, creating marketing collateral, and supporting business development initiatives across technical and executive teams. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can independently manage multiple deadlines, rapidly learn technical concepts, and leverage AI tools to streamline proposal development while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys building scalable processes from the ground up.
