Role Description We are seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal operations for a fast-growing cybersecurity services organization. This role is responsible for managing RFP responses, developing proposal content, creating marketing collateral, and supporting business development initiatives across technical and executive teams. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can independently manage multiple deadlines, rapidly learn technical concepts, and leverage AI tools to streamline proposal development while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys building scalable processes from the ground up. Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager with deep experience leading enterprise telephony and digital security/access management initiatives. This role will drive large-scale modernization projects involving: - Voice infrastructure - Identity and access management - Authentication technologies - Enterprise security platforms The ideal candidate combines strong technical project leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and enterprise risk. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading enterprise-wide initiatives through influence, credibility, and sound judgment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network, security, and telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across routing, switching, firewall platforms, and VoIP systems, combined with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex infrastructure challenges.
