Job Description

Senior Manager, Enablement and Growth Support

RethinkFirst

• Lead the development and execution of enablement programs, tools, messaging, and readiness resources that support Sales, Customer Success, and related go-to-market functions • Partner cross-functionally to support strategic growth initiatives, including case rate opportunities, large or marquee client engagement, and high-priority business development efforts • Coordinate and execute mid-funnel programs and campaigns designed to strengthen progression, improve follow-up discipline, and increase opportunity momentum • Create, refine, and maintain materials that support internal readiness and external engagement, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment to business priorities • Establish structure, accountability, and follow-through across cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Monitor initiative performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions to increase effectiveness and efficiency • Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Seven or more years of relevant experience in enablement, sales support, customer success, marketing, business operations, or another related go-to-market function
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Prior people management experience, including supervision of SDRs or similar business development roles, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop polished, audience-appropriate materials
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence across functions, and drive alignment in support of business goals.
