• Own product design work for key initiatives with a high level of autonomy • Audit existing product surfaces to identify inconsistencies, duplication, and opportunities for stronger systemization • Define and evolve a cohesive visual language that improves quality and consistency across the product • Build and maintain responsive, flexible, variant-based component libraries in Figma • Translate research, UX intent, and product requirements into polished visual design, flows, and interaction patterns • Partner closely with product and engineering to ensure design quality carries through implementation • Help structure design tokens, component definitions, naming conventions, and documentation so they are clear, reusable, and machine-readable where appropriate • Create documentation that reduces ambiguity for both human teammates and AI-assisted development workflows • Anticipate how design systems should evolve as AI design and coding tools become more capable • Continuously improve how design decisions are captured, communicated, and handed off

• Own net new subscription ARR for the REI segment • Design and execute campaigns that bring REI subscribers in the door • Partner with Customer Experience to drive retention and expansion within the REI customer base • Grow PropertyRadar's brand in the REI community through your existing network, content, and presence • Represent PropertyRadar at conferences, on podcasts, in masterminds • Co-host webinars and events with major REI partners • Run content series, demos, and direct outreach for customer acquisition • Translate investor workflows into product feedback • Work with the product team to prioritize feature requests

• You will build a UI/UX that delights end users by combining chat-based interactions with rich, embedded product experiences. • The bar is a highly intuitive experience that keeps users focused on their goals instead of forcing them to stop and learn how PropertyRadar works. • You’ll create the composable React widget framework and reusable, data-rich interfaces that bring PropertyRadar’s property and owner data into new contexts. • This is greenfield frontend work with direct visibility to the VP of Engineering, CEO, and Founder, and you’ll work closely with all three on scope and tradeoffs. • You get the blank slate of a startup with the distribution and cash flow of an 18-year-old profitable business. • You own end-to-end delivery, not a slice of a slice. • You’ll build the user experience of making this messy, high-value data feel intuitive and actionable.

• Channel strategy across paid, organic, affiliate/partner, events, and outbound, with a clear point of view on where the leverage is • Paid media oversight: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and TikTok • SEO and content direction in partnership with your agency partners • Partner/affiliate program mechanics: payments, enablement materials, link management, and performance measurement • HubSpot administration: workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene • Attribution validation and weekly L10 growth metrics in Ninety to the CEO • Events: Full cycle event management for key industry events • Agentic marketing systems, designs, build or buy, and continuously improve automations that run core growth functions

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures on AWS • Provide proactive monitoring, management, and support for cloud environments • Lead the migration of legacy AWS cloud workloads and services to AWS managed services • Champion automation initiatives, develop and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions • Diagnose and resolve complex cloud-related issues and enhance service delivery

• Lead and execute feature creation and improvement work • Collaborate with engineering teams for design and implementation • Document work for team synchronization • Design and iterate on AI-powered product experiences • Release secure applications based on security best practices
