• Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services across two distinct teams: A parent training program and a neurodiversity at work program • Emphasize the ongoing nature of consultation and strive to ensure regular follow-ups with clients • Log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to client messages within 1 business day • Provide guidance and education around behavior analytic tips and strategies • Navigate the school system/IEP process/transition to adulthood programming • Offer referrals to other company-sponsored benefits when appropriate • Report to the Senior Director of Clinical Services and act as the ultimate advocate for parents

• You own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed. • You will set and manage pipeline targets by LOB, allocate budget across channels and segments, and report on marketing’s contribution to bookings. • You will manage and develop a team of three Demand Generation Managers, each responsible for their respective LOB. • You will build and scale multi-channel demand programs spanning paid search, paid social, display, ABM, email nurture, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content. • You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for paid media, ABM, and creative agency partners. • You will track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MAL, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Pipeline, ARR) across all three LOBs. • You will partner with Sales leadership across all three LOBs to define funnel stages, establish shared handoff criteria, align on lead scoring and routing logic, and build structured feedback loops that improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness over time. • You will own the organic growth strategy, including SEO and AI engine optimization, to expand discoverability across traditional search and AI-generated results.

• Lead a team of iOS and Android engineers through the full delivery lifecycle: scoping, estimation, architecture, implementation, testing, release, and post-release monitoring. • Own the mobile technical roadmap, including platform strategy, dependency management, CI/CD pipelines, release cadence, and store submission processes for both Apple App Store and Google Play. • Set and enforce engineering standards: code review discipline, automated testing coverage (unit, integration, UI/E2E), crash-free session targets, performance budgets, and accessibility compliance. • Drive a test-first culture. You are responsible for defining what "done" means and ensuring the team meets it. Expect to defend coverage thresholds and reject work that does not. • Operate as an AI-first engineer and require the same of your team. Use Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent for code generation, refactoring, test scaffolding, and review. • Establish team norms for prompt patterns, model selection, review of AI-generated output, and where AI tooling should and should not be trusted. • Partner with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, shippable work. • Coach and grow engineers through 1:1s, pairing, structured feedback, and performance reviews. Hire when needed. • Be the escalation point for production incidents affecting mobile clients.

• Achieve or exceed assigned annual revenue and expansion goals within the Midwest US territory: ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, WV, VA, MD. • Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline across mid-size and large school districts. • Expand RethinkEd’s presence and adoption within existing districts by identifying new programs, stakeholders, and funding opportunities. • Establish trusted relationships with district leaders across Special Education, MTSS, Student Services, Curriculum & Instruction, and related areas. • Effectively represent RethinkEd at regional and state conferences, events, and on-site district engagements. • Partner closely with Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and Enablement to support long-term district success, renewals, and growth.

• Ensure strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Rethink’s Revenue Cycle Management services. • Supervise a team of Customer Billing Advocates, including but not limited to assigning and monitoring workloads, operational productivity and performance, and management of procedures and workflows • Serve as the Billing subject matter expert resource internally and externally. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the quality of services that result in timelines and customer satisfaction • Work directly with clients who may be escalated and take responsibility for addressing the client’s concerns while implementing processes to avoid repetition of errors. • Builds effective and strong team committed to achieving organizational goals • Assess existing processes to ensure Rethink’s Revenue Cycle Management services are being provided based on payor current requirements and best practice • Assess denial trends identified in denial management platform (DocVocate) to analyze trends and communicate findings and implement long term solutions to minimize denials and aging A/R • Make recommendations to Rethink leadership to address and improve operational protocols that focus on enhanced customer experience • Communicate staff hiring needs based on existing and projected workload capacity based on new customer account acquisitions • Coaches and mentors the team in a manner that ensures high volume revenue collections • Work directly with the Quality Assurance team to implement processes/procedures to ensure denial management strategies are adapted & implemented across teams • Develop and perform quality assurance audits to ensure that timelines for billing are being met • Develop and manage new customer onboarding & implementation processes/procedures • Document and communicate updated payor billing requirements to team members • Facilitate regular staff meetings that focus on key business metrics • Organizes weekly production/action reports and provides them to management • Interview candidates, make recommendations for hire and terminations when applicable • Attend customer meetings as needed

• Lead the development and execution of enablement programs, tools, messaging, and readiness resources that support Sales, Customer Success, and related go-to-market functions • Partner cross-functionally to support strategic growth initiatives, including case rate opportunities, large or marquee client engagement, and high-priority business development efforts • Coordinate and execute mid-funnel programs and campaigns designed to strengthen progression, improve follow-up discipline, and increase opportunity momentum • Create, refine, and maintain materials that support internal readiness and external engagement, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment to business priorities • Establish structure, accountability, and follow-through across cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Monitor initiative performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions to increase effectiveness and efficiency • Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational priorities.

• Design, develop, and optimize complex T-SQL solutions including large-scale stored procedures, functions, and queries • Optimize existing SQL code for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Proactively identify and resolve query performance, indexing, and concurrency issues • Support schema design, data modeling, and database changes for new features • Collaborate with application engineers to design and improve data models, database logic, and access patterns • Develop and maintain database objects, deployment scripts, and repeatable database changes aligned with application delivery needs • Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests for stored procedures and database logic to ensure correctness and performance • Enforce security best practices, including Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) authentication and authorization • Support audits and compliance initiatives related to HITRUST, and SOC 2 • Lead database development standards, best practices, and documentation across the organization • Support or contribute to Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Data Lake architectures using Microsoft Fabric
