We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly scaling team. This pivotal, cross-functional role will be the critical link between our strategic customers, our Sales team, and our core Product and Engineering organization. You will be responsible for proving the technical feasibility and value of the EvenUp AI platform during the sales cycle, designing custom solutions for our largest clients, and overcoming complex technical hurdles that are blockers to revenue and expansion. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, compelling communication, and strategic business acumen to ensure successful customer adoption and integration. What you'll do: Serve as the primary technical expert throughout the sales process, leading technical deep dives, security and compliance reviews, and proofs-of-concept (POCs). Design, architect, and present detailed integration strategies for key customers, often involving complex data migration and API connectivity with existing legal practice management systems. Partner closely with Product to translate customer technical requirements into actionable product feedback, directly influencing the roadmap for enterprise readiness. Job Requirements
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, compelling presentations, and customized demo environments to clearly articulate the platform's value and technical flow.
- Proactively identify and address recurring technical obstacles in the sales process, driving internal initiatives to improve efficiency and scale our pre-sales efforts.
- Up to 25% travel
- What we look for:
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably at a B2B SaaS company selling into the enterprise.
- Deep functional understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data integration patterns, and security best practices (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA/PII handling).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven track record of managing and closing large, complex technical deals and coordinating cross-functional resources effectively.
- A "founder's mentality" with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and build processes from the ground up.

Job Description You will lead the effort to design and develop data migration tools and processes that enable new customers to go live with MyTime's Point of Sale / Appointment Scheduling / CRM solution. You’ll work with the SAAS implementation manager to understand the customer's needs and integration points. You’ll need to be creative and detail oriented as you develop custom approaches to extract, convert and migrate data such as clients, appointments and transactions from legacy systems into MyTime. You'll need to determine when MyTime will be the master and when we will be a client of another system with real-time or asynchronous connections. In some cases, you'll also lead or assist with software development of custom features for the client that are 'must haves' before they can go live.
