Role Description We’re not looking for someone who just “makes graphics.” We’re looking for a Visual Storyteller and Brand Builder who understands how to turn strategy into elevated creative execution. Your mission is to elevate and accelerate UJV’s visual storytelling across every marketing channel. - Brand & Campaign Design: Design polished, on-brand creative assets across digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, website content, webinars, and sales enablement materials. - Multi-Brand Creative Execution: Support the visual identity of the UJV Master Brand while executing creative across UJV Tropics, UJV Africa, and UJV Europe. - Social Media & Short-Form Creative: Create engaging social graphics, Reels, carousel assets, and short-form video content that supports destination storytelling, partner marketing, webinars, and advisor engagement. - Sales & Partner Marketing Support: Create polished one-pagers, partner campaign assets, promotional PDFs, presentations, webinar visuals, and advisor-facing materials. - Scalable Design Systems & AI-Powered Workflow: Help build scalable templates and visual systems that allow the marketing team to execute faster while maintaining brand consistency. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience designing for marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and presentation assets. - Strong portfolio showcasing digital, email, social, web, presentation, and campaign design work. - Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). - Experience creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, and branded campaign assets. - Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. - Experience designing for marketing campaigns, not just standalone assets. - Ability to create reusable templates and scalable design systems. - Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut. - Comfort working with AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency and production workflows. - Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple campaigns and channels. - Native-level English with strong visual communication instincts and attention to detail.
