Frontend Solutions Engineer

• Design, build, and customize modern frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, and React • Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces tailored to customer requirements • Customize enterprise search experiences, dashboards, and AI-powered assistant interfaces • Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to integrate APIs, search capabilities, and AI workflows • Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, scalability, and usability • Participate in UI/UX improvements and contribute to frontend architecture decisions • Partner directly with customers to understand technical and business requirements • Translate customer needs into scalable frontend solutions and implementation plans • Lead technical demos, workshops, and solution walkthroughs • Troubleshoot UI/frontend issues and provide ongoing technical guidance and support • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and AI teams • Contribute to frontend best practices, reusable components, and development standards • Participate in roadmap discussions and continuous product improvement initiatives • Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and AI-enhanced user experiences

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of frontend engineering experience, ideally in a client-facing solutions engineering or professional services capacity.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with Angular, React and TypeScript, along with core web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, modern CSS/SASS).
  • Experience building scalable, responsive, and performance-optimized modern web applications
  • Strong proficiency with RxJS and reactive programming patterns in Angular.
  • Solid understanding of frontend integration patterns, consuming RESTful APIs, and managing web security basics (CORS, token-based authentication like OAuth/OIDC).
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling: Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.
  • Understanding of component-based architecture and frontend performance optimization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain technical architecture to non-technical client stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with enterprise search architectures, information retrieval, or knowledge management systems. Familiarity with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAG-based applications. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application environments. Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and enterprise security best practices.
