• Architect and evolve our multi-agent orchestration platform (currently built on Hermes / Multica) • Design and implement voice AI pipelines — STT (VibeVoice-ASR, Whisper), real-time TTS with streaming (VibeVoice-Realtime), VAD (Silero), SIP/RTP telephony integration — with sub-300 ms end-to-end latency targets • Build and maintain RAG pipelines with retrieval quality measurement, re-ranking, and hybrid search over vector + keyword indexes • Define MCP server architecture and tool-use contracts across internal and third-party integrations • Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, DPO) for domain-specific tasks including customer support, classification, and structured extraction • Own the AI observability stack: Langfuse tracing, span-level LLM call instrumentation, cost tracking, and quality regression alerting • Define and enforce guardrails: hallucination detection, PII redaction, output safety scanning, and rate-limiting across multi-tenant deployments • Build data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature pipelines supporting model training and continual learning • Drive CI/CD for ML: automated eval gating, shadow deployments, canary releases, and rollback triggers • Set architectural standards for AI systems across the group; conduct design reviews and own ADRs for major decisions • Mentor ML engineers and applied scientists; grow the team's capabilities in production AI, not just prototype AI • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to translate business problems into ML problem formulations with clear success metrics • Engage with external research partners and track emerging work (arXiv, conference proceedings, open-source releases) to identify signals worth productionizing

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design • Work closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment • Explore a range of possibilities and creative alternatives to identify the most effective solutions • Ensure that designed solutions are implemented in accordance with client expectations and company standards • Assist in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components to meet client needs • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions

• Work with multiple teams of software engineers, SDETs, and DevOps-oriented engineers to design and build complex software systems. • Expected work breakdown is 70% system design, 30% hands-on development. • Drive design decisions and understand trade-offs of various technology choices • Perform hands-on application programming with an emphasis on backend and integration systems development using GraphQL, Apollo, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, and data pipelines • Architect, design, and build distributed systems and integrations using a suite of AWS components including but not limited to EKS, Lambda, S3, MSK, and Aurora • Design and implement GraphQL subgraphs and contribute to federated graph architecture and schema governance • Define and maintain architectural standards, ensuring systems remain scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise constraints • Set a high technical and delivery bar by modeling engineering best practices and enforcing expectations around quality, reliability, testing, observability, and operational support • Guide teams in making sound technical decisions and tradeoffs, ensuring solutions are aligned with long-term strategy while still delivering near-term value • Champion engineering operational excellence, including observability, automation, reliability, performance improvements, and production support • Promote a DevOps and cloud-first mindset, ensuring teams fully leverage modern engineering practices and cloud-native capabilities • Work with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into epics, stories, technical plans, and delivery workstreams • Mentor developers on the team • Ensure technical documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to the technology team • Contribute as a member of an Agile team and promote Agile practices • Proactively collaborate with the Ten Mile Square team on development and knowledge sharing • Represent yourself and Ten Mile Square with integrity, expertise, and value • Maintain the confidentiality of our clients on an ongoing basis

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between supported platforms such as Procore, Oracle Fusion ERP, and Workday using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and approved integration platforms (iPaaS) • Work with a team to develop and own data mappings and field-level transformations across systems, including financial master data such as projects, cost codes, vendors, purchase orders, and invoices, along with employee and org data, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy • Work with REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication and credential management (OAuth, API keys, SSO/SCIM), rate limits, and pagination • Build error handling, retry logic, logging, alerting, and monitoring for each integration, and define and meet support and recovery commitments • Manage integrations across sandbox, test, and production environments, including version control, deployment, and regression testing for platform and API updates • Translate requirements from Operations, Finance, and IT into integration specifications, sequence diagrams, and clear acceptance criteria • Coordinate with platform vendors and integration partners on API changes, product roadmaps, incidents, and new connection points • Partner with IT and Information Security on data handling, access reviews, and integration security and audit practices • Maintain integration runbooks, data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles, and keep them current as systems change. • Monitor live integrations for failures and data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes • Provide escalation support for integration-related issues and partner with Analysts and Specialists to resolve cross-platform problems • Perform other duties as assigned
