• Triage and troubleshoot support issues, when required escalate to project or product engineering teams. • Analyze system behavior using observability tools—logs, metrics, tracing—to diagnose root causes of incidents in distributed systems. • Debug application code (primarily in .NET or NodeJS) and, when required, contribute fixes or code-level solutions. • Take ownership of technical issues by directly investigating and resolving problems at the code level, including identifying root causes and implementing fixes when necessary. • Work closely with our technical stack (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Dapr, Terraform, Temporal, Mongo Atlas, PostgreSQL) and our platform languages (.NET, NodeJS, Java). • Configure enterprise monitoring solutions. • Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. • Automate support needs, develop runbooks, improve and maintain support tools. • Participate in infrastructure capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis and systems tuning. • Understand our product offerings and continuously look for ways to improve the engineering support experience and platform engineering tooling. • Participate in R&D / explorations / automation with AI. • Help define and drive adoption of KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, resolution time, and first contact resolution. • Participate in strategic discussions around customer lifecycle, retention, and satisfaction.

• Perform automated testing on new technologies and features to ensure their reliability and functionality. • Identify and report defects in applications, contributing to product quality improvement. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and other stakeholders to understand feature implementations and project requirements. • Write and execute test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage. • Support the enhancement and maintenance of existing test frameworks. • Investigate and assist in determining the root cause of bugs. • Contribute to test plans for projects and features, ensuring a structured testing approach. • Assist in creating tailored test frameworks for projects that can be reasonably automated. • Manage and triage reported defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues. • Continuously support improvements in the testing infrastructure for better reliability. • Stay informed on features delivered by other teams to understand possible system interactions. • Provide code updates and utilities to support the testing process when necessary.

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution • Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications • Make recommendations to improve and support business activities • Gather business requirements through a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews then analyze and document client complex business requirements and processes; communicate these requirements to appropriate parties • Create complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitor/oversee the testing of business applications to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design • Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support the required modifications • May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts • Understand simple to complex systems and related data to surface actionable insights, demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills • Assist in providing time estimates for project related tasks • Aid in updating process and procedural documentation • Develop basic understanding of technical development cycle of mobile application or web portals • Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc. • Any other task that may be assigned
