• Oversee first and third-party claims of heightened exposure, complex extra-contractual matters • Perform extra-contractual analysis based on factual and legal issues • Provide advice to the Claims Organization on extra-contractual and bad faith issues • Prepare and present recommendations for settlement of claims • Work closely with outside counsel and the Claims Organization

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims • Applies intermediate understanding of insurance policies • Determines subrogation or fraud potential • Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs • Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle

• Review value-added content created by Generative AI processes • Compare content to original case text for accuracy • Edit content to meet pre-defined customer criteria • Create original summaries and other value-add features for caselaw content • Make decisions on complex legal editorial/analysis issues • Ensure timeliness and quality of completed summaries and annotations • Other job duties as assigned by Editorial Manager

• Review value-added content created by Generative AI processes and compare it to original case text to ensure it accurately reflects key rules of law, significant facts, and important holdings. • Edit content created by Generative AI processes to ensure it meets pre-defined customer criteria. • Create original summaries and other value-add features for caselaw content where needed, using PC-based tools and software. • Make decisions on complex legal editorial /analysis issues. • Ensure the timeliness and quality of completed summaries, annotations, history and letter treatments. • Other job duties as assigned by Editorial Manager.
