Platform Implementation Consultant
Brightidea
• Lead end-to-end software implementations for enterprise clients, from discovery through launch and expansion • Translate client business processes and goals into scalable Brightidea configurations and product solutions • Serve as the product authority and trusted advisor during client engagements • Confidently prescribe best-practice solutions and guide clients away from non-viable approaches when necessary • Balance client vision with platform capabilities, timelines, and scope • Build and manage complex Brightidea configurations, templates, and client systems • Advise on and implement solutions involving design, Product APIs, and integrations • Troubleshoot, test, and validate configurations to ensure quality delivery • Explore, experiment, and self-solve technical challenges before escalating when needed • Think beyond individual use cases to identify opportunities for broader platform adoption across the enterprise • Help clients position Brightidea as a foundational system, not a one-off process • Partner with internal teams to align implementations with long-term customer success and expansion goals • Own project scope, documentation, schedules, and delivery plans • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and momentum • Proactively communicate status, risks, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders • Support sales and services leadership as needed during pre-sales or escalation scenarios • Deliver technical training to customers, including live sessions and recorded content • Script and record standardized training videos • Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and strategic services initiatives
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in software implementation consulting, SaaS professional services, or technical consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) -and APIs
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise-scale software solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Confident, authoritative communication style that inspires trust with senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead client conversations, manage expectations, and navigate trade-offs
- Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills
- Full-stack, self-starter mentality — willing to dig in, experiment, and figure things out
- Strategic thinker who can see beyond individual tasks to enterprise-level impact
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Experience with enterprise integrations and global collaboration tools
- Prior work at consulting firms or SaaS companies delivering custom implementations
- Familiarity with innovation, idea management, or digital transformation platforms
- Experience supporting large, complex enterprise clients
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50% (typical travel closer to ~20%)

Role Description We are seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist for Technology with a strong background in technology, imaging, CAD-CAM, and dentistry to join our team. This position operates primarily remotely, with the potential to transition into a field-based travel role as business needs evolve. Candidates located in the Seattle or Portland are preferred to align with internal and customer collaboration schedules.
