Role Description We are seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist for Technology with a strong background in technology, imaging, CAD-CAM, and dentistry to join our team. This position operates primarily remotely, with the potential to transition into a field-based travel role as business needs evolve. Candidates located in the Seattle or Portland are preferred to align with internal and customer collaboration schedules. In this role, you will be responsible for providing live clinical education, training, and implementation support to internal and external customers, as well as our partners. You will play a crucial role in enhancing clinical outcomes by sharing your expertise in our technology product portfolio. Additionally, you will contribute to curriculum development and stay up to date with relevant scientific research. Responsibilities - Provide live clinical education, training, and support on imaging, CAD-CAM, and technology products and procedures to internal teams, external customers, and partners. - Develop teaching materials to complement company resources and conduct live presentations and training sessions on the technology and product portfolio, including therapeutic packages. - Serve as a clinical expert on the technology product portfolio to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and support customers, sales professionals, and dealers. - Create, assess, and evaluate new and existing curricula to ensure the highest quality of education and training. - Review, analyze, and interpret pertinent scientific research to stay current with industry advancements. - Offer educational support and training to dental professionals, sales forces, marketing teams, R&D personnel, market development teams, and Dentsply Sirona Business Units. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or Associate's Degree in Dentistry, Medical Technology, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in dentistry and a strong clinical background. - Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, provide lectures, and mentor individuals effectively. - Consultative selling skills and business development acumen. - Proficiency in imaging, CAD-CAM, and related technology products. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to assess and improve educational curricula. - Knowledge of relevant scientific research and the ability to apply it to practical scenarios. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as the role transitions to include field activity. Benefits - The base salary for this remote role in Washington and Oregon is between $85,000 - $95,000. - Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. • Review equipment placement, telecommunications services, radio interfaces, legal recording connections, and workstation configurations. • Validate Vendor Site Survey Worksheets (SSWs), Site Survey Reports (SSRs), and Site Installation Plans (SIPs) for accuracy and completeness. • Provide on-site technical oversight during installation. • Document discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. • Confirm configuration compliance with VoIP-based VCS architecture. • Ensure installations meet FAA compliance and documentation requirements.

• Lead the End-to-End Implementation Process: Serve as the primary internal project manager for all new lender onboarding projects, from kick-off to post-launch hand-off. • Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, oversee implementation timelines, and manage key deliverables to ensure lender launches are executed on time and with high quality. • Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate and align internal stakeholders (including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations) to execute on implementation tasks, manage dependencies, and troubleshoot integration issues proactively. • Configure and Prepare Lender Data: Accurately maintain and configure lender information within internal systems, including rates, programs, documentation, and operational parameters, ensuring data integrity for launch. • Own Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, including integration workflows, configuration guides, and troubleshooting steps, to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations. • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and issues during the implementation lifecycle and develop and execute effective mitigation strategies. • Gather and Translate Feedback: Collect and document lender feedback during the onboarding process, translating recurring issues and opportunities into clear, actionable product or process improvement recommendations for internal teams. • Support Pre-Launch Testing: Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation to ensure the successful and accurate integration of the lender's systems with our platform.

• Be an expert in two or more Leap Technology products, mainly Mobile and Activations • Manage Tier 1 and Cross-Sell Client implementations; oversee the internal delivery process to ensure on-time and on-target implementation • Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service • Manage and implement solutions as the main client contact or as part of a larger internal team based on the project's requirements • Build Activations for Clients and/or Project Manage App Builds • Onboard and Train Clients on Leap Technology’s suite of products • Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Product, Sales Engineers, Client Success Managers, Finance, Event Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing Services to ensure all aspects of Client Implementation are completed • Review and approve all builds and deliverables; engage with the client to receive approvals and acceptance prior to launch • Engage fully with Project Managers to provide status and details of builds, coordinate and manage timelines to ensure products are built and deployed to the project’s requirements • Clearly communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Be fluent in our shared Project Management tool and a champion of our shared Leap Technology tools • Contribute to our knowledge base & documentation on Leap Technology Products & internal processes • Integrate and collaborate with 3rd party solutions • Share ideas for new features and products and suggest workflow improvements with Implementation Directors; Continuously improve processes and efficiency. • Document and share creative solutions with Implementation and Support teams • Travel onsite to events and represent Leap Technology onsite as needed
