• Provide management and leadership to the German sales organization • Deliver revenue and margin targets by developing and executing Sales Excellence initiatives • Retain and grow the Cardiometabolic business with specific goals for sales, margins, market share, frequency and coverage • Track performance against key performance indicators • Foster cross-functional collaboration with relevant roles and functions • Define sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager • Develop KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management and strategic partnerships/alliances • Ensure the sales organization complies with all relevant legal, regulatory, tax and ethical requirements.
Job Requirements
- Substantial commercial experience, preferably within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare
- Minimum 3 years of frontline sales management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education
- Proven sales background, an established network, and strong ability to influence at senior stakeholder levels
- Demonstrated track record as an effective people manager and in building a high-performing team culture
- Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system and marketplace
- Deep understanding of market trends and the competitive environment
- Strong analytical and structured business skills; project management experience preferred
- Self-starter with a customer-focused, results-driven attitude
- Fluent in German and English.

Role Description To support our business, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (covering Southern region) as a key addition to our growing North American team. Ideally, you are based out of Southern United States. You will increase business from net new logos and existing customers by identifying and qualifying opportunities, preparing quotations, managing sales processes, closing orders, and managing customer relationships. First Year Goals Include: - Know all Datacolor hardware and software solutions. - Develop and provide accurate and timely sales plans and forecasts and achieve annual sales target. - Ensure Salesforce.com CRM information is accurate and up to date for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
