• Client Advisory & Project Leadership: You guide clients through all phases of SAP Payroll implementation, capture complex business requirements, and provide strategic advice on best practices. • Configuration & Customizing: You create sustainable, error-free system configurations within the SAP HCM environment while adhering to the highest quality standards. • Quality Assurance & Testing: You design and execute comprehensive system tests using self-generated test data to ensure error-free functionality. • Documentation: You produce precise functional and technical documentation for all implemented work packages. • Interface Management: In close coordination with the Cluster Lead, you manage your daily priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate status reports and issue analyses transparently to all stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven professional experience in SAP HCM implementation and application consulting.
  • Documented participation in at least three SAP Payroll rollouts in Austria.
  • Deep expertise in Austrian payroll and tax legislation and an excellent understanding of overall SAP HR architecture.
  • Negotiation-level German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, a pronounced solution orientation, and a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive data.

Role Description Responsible for managing and driving the new business processes for a successful implementation of New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) products for new and existing GBS clients. Directs and coordinates all aspects of the implementation process for clients.
