• Manage client onboarding and implementation projects using Zoho Projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved. • Coordinate and execute software implementations for new customers, legacy migrations, and add-on module installations. Specifically in a dental practice software context. • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Development, Product, and Sales) to ensure seamless project delivery. • Configure and test software according to client workflows and requirements. • Perform data and image migrations, including database split and merge activities for legacy transitions. • Identify and resolve technical or data-related issues throughout the implementation process. • Maintain comprehensive documentation, project records, and client communication. • Provide training and onboarding support to ensure successful adoption of the platform. • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance implementation quality and efficiency. • Other role specific duties as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or IT project coordination/support.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound technical aptitude and comfort working within Windows-based environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following structured processes.
- Experience managing client onboarding or migration projects in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- Experience working with dental practice management software or other healthcare systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools is advantageous.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role Description Responsible for managing and driving the new business processes for a successful implementation of New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) products for new and existing GBS clients. Directs and coordinates all aspects of the implementation process for clients.
