• Source and engage passive and active talent across channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, talent communities, and referral networks for a wide variety of roles and experience levels across the organization. • Build and maintain robust, healthy candidate pipelines spanning multiple disciplines: technical roles (software engineering, AI/ML, data science, platform, infrastructure, QA), product & design roles (product management, UX/UI design, product operations), business & operations roles (sales, customer success, finance, people operations, business development), and entry-level through executive positions. • Develop role-specific outreach strategies and draft thoughtful candidate communications that reflect MeridianLink's people-first, purpose-driven culture and resonate with candidates across different industries, backgrounds, and career stages. • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand target profiles, refine sourcing strategies, calibrate on candidate quality, and maintain momentum in pipeline development. • Monitor sourcing metrics and adjust approach based on what's working, continuously improving quality of candidate submissions. • Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple time zones, hiring teams, departments, and interview stages with precision, professionalism, and responsiveness. • Coordinate all interview types—hiring manager screens, technical interviews, panel interviews, case study sessions, and executive conversations—managing complex scheduling logistics for multiple stakeholders. • Track interview completion and follow-up items to keep recruiting momentum moving forward. • Build and nurture collaborative, productive relationships with external 3rd party recruiting agencies and contingency partners that align with our hiring needs and values. • Maintain comprehensive, meticulously organized candidate records in the ATS with exceptional accuracy and consistency—ensuring all candidate data is complete, current, and easy to reference. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, candidate experience quality, recruiting team efficiency, and agency partnership outcomes.

• Own end-to-end project execution: plan, schedule, and drive delivery across the full project lifecycle, balancing constraints and keeping work moving forward in partnership with product and engineering counterparts. • Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively manage risks, issues, and tradeoffs—providing clear stakeholder updates with recommended solutions. • Serve as the PMO lead for the ML's agentic platform and customer facing products — the structured methodology for developing, testing, deploying, and operating AI agents within MeridianLink’s agentic architecture. • Partner with engineering leads to embed AI into each SDLC phase: requirements (AI-assisted grooming agents), development (co-pilot and Claude Code standards), testing (test-driven development metrics), and release (zero-downtime deployment, feature flag governance). • Establish and continuously improve team processes that increase quality and productivity through process definition, education, and refinement. • Facilitate light weight agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement through retrospective assessments. • Use tools such as Jira (and related reporting) to support teams and enable visibility into progress, capacity, and delivery health. Bridge product and engineering AI alignment.

• Contribute hands-on to documentation while managing and mentoring writers; model quality standards through your own work • Design and implement documentation content structure and taxonomy across MeridianLink product suite; ensure consistency and discoverability • Build and maintain content authoring infrastructure (tool implementation, template management, publishing workflows) • Partner with support and CSM organizations to define a comprehensive plan for customer-facing content that incorporates technical documentation, FAQs, KBs, and training materials. • Manage technical writing team: hiring, mentoring, workload assignment, performance management • Authoring: Write substantial portions of administrator and user guides; mentor writers on complex/high-stakes content • Define documentation process and standards; establish style guide, review cadence, and quality gates • Partner with product and engineering on documentation scope, requirements, and release timing • Oversee documentation release cycle aligned with product launches • Analyze user feedback and support tickets to identify content gaps and prioritize improvements

• Oversee day to day AP operations to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time, including review of coding on purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, invoice approval follow ups, and review of approved invoices and vendor payments • Manage one AP Specialist • Manage the credit card and vcard process • Manage vendor correspondence via the AP email inbox • Drive AP questions and issues to resolution • Implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines and SOX compliance • Work with IT team to resolve all system errors or issues • Manage month end close cutoffs and deadlines • Work with internal business owners and procurement team on all open AP questions/issues • Identify and recommend AP process and efficiency improvements • Complete annual 1099 process

This role is responsible for designing, building, and evolving scalable data pipeline architecture to ensure reliable, high-quality data delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience building and maintaining data pipelines, and a passion for delivering robust data solutions that enable analytics and business decision-making. The Data Engineer will partner with data architects, data analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver trusted data assets supporting a wide range of business initiatives. They will ensure efficient and reliable data delivery across multiple teams, systems, and products in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to evolve and enhance a modern data platform by improving existing pipelines or redesigning them for greater scalability, performance, and maintainability. The successful candidate will apply modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed while maintaining strong engineering standards. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products for internal and external consumers. - Build and optimize batch and near real-time data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes. - Integrate data from internal and external sources to support business, reporting, and analytics requirements. - Collaborate with data architects, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and support Sisense dashboards and analytics assets. - Design and implement data models that support reporting, analytics, and operational use cases. - Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance through monitoring, validation, automated testing, and troubleshooting. - Write maintainable, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews; and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve quality and efficiency. - Support CI/CD, infrastructure automation, technical documentation, and continuous improvements to data architecture, tooling, and engineering practices. Qualifications - 2–4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related roles. - Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for building scalable data pipelines and transformation logic. - Experience with Apache Spark, Parquet, and Azure Databricks, including Databricks workflows, Delta Lake, Delta Sharing, and Unity Catalog. - Strong SQL expertise including performance tuning, indexing, partitioning, query optimization, and stored procedure development. - Solid understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies, data warehousing principles, and modern data engineering best practices. - Experience designing and implementing data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases. - Experience supporting or working with BI tools such as Sisense (or similar platforms). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control practices (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent). - Experience working in fast-paced product environments with an emphasis on delivery, maintainability, and minimizing technical debt. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Serves as the final escalation point within Support for the most complex, technically ambiguous issues, owning resolution end-to-end, including communication to all internal and client stakeholders • Investigates and triages inbound Jira tickets submitted to Product and Development, performing root cause analysis to determine whether issues represent bugs, configuration errors, data anomalies, or integration failures—deflecting tickets that can be resolved within Support • Executes targeted SQL queries against client and application databases to diagnose data integrity issues, validate system behavior, and identify the source of discrepancies reported by clients or Tier 1/2 teams • Analyzes application logs, API call logs, and integration event traces to reconstruct failure scenarios, isolate root causes, and produce clear technical summaries for Engineering and Product when escalation is warranted • Reads and interprets source code (C#, SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python) to understand system behavior, validate expected outcomes, and identify defects or unintended logic without requiring developer assistance • Authors detailed, structured Jira tickets when escalation to Product or Development is genuinely required, including reproduction steps, log excerpts, database findings, and a clear statement of support investigation performed • Partners closely with Product Management and Engineering to communicate support- impact of known defects, advocate for prioritization of client-affecting bugs, and track resolution timelines • Develops and maintains deep subject matter expertise across MeridianLink’s product suite, including LOS, consumer banking, and third-party integration frameworks (e.g., Authorize.net, Nautilus, core banking connectors) • Leads internal knowledge transfer sessions for Support teams on newly released features, known defects, and technical workarounds; contributes to and reviews knowledge base articles for technical accuracy • Participates in after-hours emergency on-call coverage rotation for critical production issues • Mentors Tier 1 and Tier 2 Software Support Analysts, building the team’s technical diagnostic capability and reducing escalation volume over time • Represents Support in cross-functional technical reviews, sprint planning input sessions, and Product roadmap discussions as a voice of the client and support organization • Supports warm handoff transition calls from Professional Services project engagements, ensuring technical continuity as clients move into steady-state support • Contributes to accomplishment of team and organizational support KPIs including deflection rate, escalation quality, and time-to-resolution on Tier 3 cases • Performs other projects and duties as assigned
