IT Analyst IV

AAA Northeast

• Leverage Power BI to transform complex system data into clear, actionable insights • Develop and maintain both functional and non-functional requirements • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret requirements and provide meaningful data insights • Investigate defects to identify underlying causes and recommend effective solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years System documentation experience and/or technical writing
  • Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
  • Experience creating reports/dashboards in PowerBI
  • Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
  • Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact
