Role Description The Sr. Full Stack Engineer on the Software Platform team is responsible for day-to-day delivery of software products, writing high-quality code and reviewing the code of others on the team. As a Senior Engineer, you are the driving force behind implementation and delivery – breaking down high-level requirements into individual development tasks, designing and implementing software systems, reviewing technical work from peers, and driving the team’s technical quality. - Lead technical design and architecture for products within the Software Platform team. - Design, implement, and maintain end to end software systems, spanning the entire product vertical: front-end engineering, back-end engineering, cloud engineering, testing / test automation, and system administration. - Design, implement, and maintain observability, monitoring, and alerting systems, to ensure reliability, availability of software products. - Own code review process and enforce engineering standards across the team. - Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and career development. - Help design and drive the team’s operational processes: including agile methodologies, support functions, and incident response processes.
