Associate Marketing Manager – Global
Dexcom
• Support the development and execution of engaging, high-impact marketing materials for Dexcom’s portfolio of products. • Collaborate across marketing, product management, regulatory affairs and other functions to ensure alignment in strategy development and successful management of marketing programs. • Leverage foundational brand elements developed by the Brand Strategy team and translate them into integrated, multi-channel campaign briefs and creative development for new product launches and feature releases. • Partner with the regional marketing teams to intake feedback and identify regional nuances, incorporating these insights into campaign development to ensure outputs are market-relevant, effective and globally consistent. • Deliver executional tracking and reporting, documenting learnings and best practices to enable continuous improvement across initiatives. • Work cross-functionally with the Global Events team to execute high-quality, scalable event experiences across international markets, driving brand awareness and engagement for the Dexcom brand. • Lead the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process for all marketing claims and materials, ensuring timely approvals and accurate submissions, tracking, and archival within the document control system.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experiences, including a proven track record of transforming strategic insights into compelling, results-driven campaigns.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Healthcare/Medical Device experience.
- Displays effective communication, strategic thinking, self-motivation, and a passion for connecting with people.
- You are KPI and result driven.
- Can show projects where they made an impact in the past.
- You have strong presentation skills, written and oral.
- You are comfortable leading projects in coordination with 5 to 10 teams, in high pressure international settings.
