Job Requirements

  • You have recently completed a Master’s degree or equivalent education in fields such as: Economics, Business Administration or Management Finance or Accounting Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Data, or similar) Marketing, Sales, or other business oriented studies (Other backgrounds with strong business or analytical exposure are also welcome.)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Data awareness & analytical mindset (comfortable working with numbers and insights)
  • AI fluency and curiosity about digital tools supporting sales and decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Performance-driven attitude with motivation to deliver results
  • Customer-oriented mindset and interest in understanding client needs
  • Driving license
  • Open to international travel and cross-cultural collaboration.

Role Description Brave is looking for a talented Sr. Search Ad Sales Director with demonstrated success in selling Search campaigns. Last year we launched Brave Search Ads in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. Today search advertising clicks on Brave’s independent and privacy-preserving search engine have grown by 15x in the past year alongside organic search query growth of 80% (656 million in January to 1.19 billion in December). In this role, you will help bring existing clients and new advertisers to Brave Search Ads and foster ongoing relationships with new advertisers.
