Role Description Brave is looking for a talented Sr. Search Ad Sales Director with demonstrated success in selling Search campaigns. Last year we launched Brave Search Ads in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. Today search advertising clicks on Brave’s independent and privacy-preserving search engine have grown by 15x in the past year alongside organic search query growth of 80% (656 million in January to 1.19 billion in December). In this role, you will help bring existing clients and new advertisers to Brave Search Ads and foster ongoing relationships with new advertisers. You will fast-track Brave’s revenue and growth by adding to our base of clients and increasing our Ad revenue across the US, Canada, UK, France or Germany. - Bring qualified advertising clients and convert them to Brave and find new clients to grow Brave revenue. - Communicate business cases and create value proposals for potential customers and drive the client acceptance. - Foster relationships, and lead discussions and negotiations with partners from C-level execs to key functional leads. - Own, maintain, and develop a pipeline of potential advertiser leads. - Work cross-functionally with all departments as needed as we develop and onboard partners. Qualifications - Experience working in an Ad sales environment. - Demonstrated success in selling Search related campaigns and able to produce existing clients to give positive review of your services. - Highly organized in managing all aspects of client service. - Experienced in executive-level presentations, both internally and externally. - 7+ years of business experience, but more preferred. - We are considering candidates who reside in US, Canada, UK, Germany or France. Role Description Brave is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to focus on the quality of Brave's browser releases. You'll work with various groups across Brave, cutting across both functionality and departments. This is a high-profile and impactful, hands-on position that will require grit. Work together with our developers and privacy/security experts to help us take our browser to the next level. Responsibilities: - All Aspects of Technical Accounting including: - Audit Preparation and Support - Transaction analysis - GAAP Compliance - Revenue Recognition - Consolidation - Netsuite Administration - Policy and Lease Administration and Implementation - Intercompany transactions - Operational duties include: - Cost Analysis and Efficiency - Maintaining Budgets - Producing and managing Financial Data - Operational Support - Process improvement and automation Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CPA from Big Four is required. - 10+ years of hands-on work with accounting principles and practices. - 5+ years of experience working in Revenue Recognition under ASC 606 is a must. - Proficiency in relevant accounting software - NetSuite experience is required and Bill.com and Microsoft Excel are preferred. - International accounting experience. - 5+ years of experience working in multicurrency environments required. - Consolidation experience is preferred. - Must have experience in SBC accounting. - Interest in digital tokens is a plus.
