• You will work as a Field Engineer (m/f/d) for the Danish market, providing first-class technical support and customer service while collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts. • Monitor market trends and analyze product performance, including benchmarking against competitor products through field data collection. • Act as a trusted technical partner for customers and sales teams, providing expert support across Truck & Bus, Passenger Car, Agricultural tires, and Tire Monitoring Systems. • Investigate and resolve technical issues and customer complaints, delivering effective solutions both on-site and remotely. • Deliver engaging technical training sessions for customers, business partners, and internal teams. • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of tire testing activities in close collaboration with the European Technical Team. • Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and performance analyses to support informed decision-making. • Contribute to cross-functional projects and represent the company at national and international trade fairs and industry events.
• Manage, grow and strategically develop key accounts in the agricultural segment. • Responsible for revenue, sales volume and budget targets in the Northern Germany sales territory. • Acquire new customers in the trade and agricultural sectors. • Develop and implement business plans with distribution partners. • Conduct market, competitor and opportunity analyses to grow B2B and major-account business. • Deliver product presentations and training. • Plan and attend trade fairs, exhibitions and customer events. • Handle complaints and warranty cases. • Regular reporting and analysis of sales-related KPIs. • Represent the Sales Manager AS DACH when required.
• Manage, develop, and strategically expand key accounts within the agricultural segment. • Take responsibility for sales, volume, and budget targets within the Northern Germany sales territory. • Acquire new customers in the agricultural and trade sectors. • Develop and implement business plans together with distribution partners. • Conduct market, competitor, and potential analyses to support the development of the B2B and key account business. • Deliver product presentations and training sessions. • Plan and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events. • Handle customer complaints and warranty claims. • Prepare regular reports and analyze sales-related KPIs. • Act as deputy for the Sales Manager AS DACH when required.
• Implement the Fleetcare strategy, including Bandag retreading solutions and other innovative offerings within the assigned sales territory. • Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with fleet operators and business partners. • Present tailored concepts, products, and analysis results to customers and dealer partners. • Take responsibility for sales volume and revenue planning in line with agreed business objectives. • Deliver product, application, and Fleetcare training sessions. • Manage and further develop existing fleet and dealer partner relationships. • Represent Bridgestone at trade shows, industry events, and customer functions. • Conduct tire tests, fleet analyses, and Fleet Checks, including documentation of results. • Monitor market and competitor developments and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders. • Prepare regular reports and analyses on business performance within the sales territory.
• Manage and develop relationships with the German OE account across all levels (purchasing, quality, supply chain, marketing, and executive management). • Lead quotation processes, price negotiations, and product presentations for OE customers. • Coordinate all information related to ongoing and new projects between internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure achievement of budget targets, product availability, and customer service levels, including corrective actions when needed. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making. • Deliver accurate monthly reporting on sales, forecasts, and market share performance. • Drive effective communication and information flow across all involved internal teams and global counterparts. • Identify new business opportunities and inform management for further evaluation and action. • Analyze vehicle/platform programs and anticipate future customer needs, including sustainability and technology trends (e.g., RFID). • Act as European coordination lead for global account activities, ensuring alignment across regions and maximizing OE end-to-end business opportunities.

• To take responsibility for the management sales processes of your designated sales area: securing and managing all KPIs of sales and after-sales directly to our Bridgestone partners to meet the required targets. • Managing sales to existing and prospective independent commercial truck service providers. • Liaising with Bridgestone partners and managing and growing a portfolio of local and regional fleets through both products and solutions from the Bridgestone group. • Creating and maintaining a relationship with vehicle dealerships around designated area in order to secure local knowledge of fleets with new vehicles. • Working with our Bandag franchise partners to facilitate and support new business in both dealers and fleets. Develop new business partner opportunities to secure our service network. • Work with Webfleet Solutions team to grow the value proposition to existing and new fleets and partners.
