Marketing Manager
Livefront
• Partner directly with the Chief Growth Officer and client partner leadership to shape and evolve Livefront’s marketing strategy. • Help define marketing priorities, focus areas, and success metrics in support of business and growth goals. • Act as a strategic thought partner on brand positioning, go-to-market efforts, and growth opportunities. • Lead planning and execution for marketing programs and campaigns across content, events, brand, and partnerships. • Collaborate with leaders, sales partners, content creators, designers, and subject matter experts to align messaging and storytelling. • Support the creation, distribution, and amplification of content across channels, including events, social, and the website. • Guide Livefront’s approach to events, conferences, sponsorships, and community engagement. • Build and document foundational marketing processes, workflows, tools, and best practices. • Establish methods for tracking effectiveness and ROI across marketing initiatives. • Use data and insights to continuously refine marketing efforts and recommend improvements. • Work closely with HubSpot to manage clients, accounts, segments, and CRM data. • Editor-in-Chief of the website from a marketing lens and an actionable perspective. • Be called upon as a subject matter expert in tools, processes, approaches, and best practices to support the Chief Growth Officer and the Growth team to better land new logos in key markets and key verticals. • Help us market within our own accounts to truly land-and-expand.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a consulting, services, agency, or digital product environment.
- Experience owning and evolving marketing programs from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, content marketing, events, and campaign management.
- Experience with Hubspot and other key marketing tools - we want your input and leadership around the best way to build up our marketing arm.
- Comfort partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing without formal authority.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and creative partners.
- Experience using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., analytics, CRMs, email, social).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Above-average discipline and personal organization skills.A demonstrated hunger for personal and professional growth.
- A self-evident love and care for the craft of marketing done well.
