B2B Salesperson
ELYON International
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders • Conduct needs assessments and present customized product or service solutions • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales strategies • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience a plus)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with executives and business leaders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel as needed (if applicable)
