• Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation. • Support the monthly close process for, meeting all reporting deadlines • Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve variances. • Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards. • Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules. • Support internal controls by ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions. • Assist during external audits by preparing requested documentation. • Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP-related initiatives, as needed. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless close process • Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes.

This role will be a key member on a team that manages fund accounting work that is not yet automated, resolves exceptions, addresses investor inquiries, and researches new technical issues.
