Role Description The Fund Accounting Manager is a critical member of the team responsible for overseeing the accounting, valuation, and reporting functions for 29,000+ funds run from the AngelList platform. This role will be a key member on a team that manages fund accounting work that is not yet automated, resolves exceptions, addresses investor inquiries, and researches new technical issues. The Fund Accounting Manager will report to the Fund Accounting Senior Manager or the Fund Accounting Director and collaborate with other fund accounting team members and cross-functional operations teams. You will focus on managing the production of financial reporting deliverables for funds while also ensuring accurate accounting updates, including valuation of investments. The role will involve interfacing directly with fund leads, fund investors, external auditors, and other parties. - Lead the preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements, including footnotes - Manage Belltower’s financial reporting database and ensure timely preparation, review, and delivery of financial reporting deliverables - Interact with external auditors and ensure timely completion of fund audits - Continuously improve the financial reporting control environment - Oversee portfolio company events and data evaluation, determining appropriate valuation actions for each investment - Ensure that accounting treatment for funds is in accordance with US GAAP, particularly ASC 946, ASC 820, and evaluate special situations - Collaborate with engineering teams to drive increased automation - Manage and mentor a team of staff and senior accountants, including offshore team members Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in investment company accounting, with a strong academic track record and CPA license (strongly preferred) - Experience working at a public accounting firm and/or experience at a fund administrator or investment advisor in a financial reporting focused role - Proficiency in US GAAP, particularly ASC 946 and ASC 820 - Experience with crypto/digital asset accounting is a plus, but not required - Extensive experience in financial statement creation for investment companies/funds, including writing footnotes - A track record of improving financial reporting control environments - Experience in preparing materials for and coordinating with external auditors - A commitment to success, self-motivation, and proactivity - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with portfolio companies and lead investors professionally Benefits - We support our employees in their lives both inside and outside of work. - See additional details on our benefits here .

• Support People Operations in timekeeping and payroll processing, and government contributions, ensuring compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and PAGIBIG • Assist contractors with their BIR filings, government contributions, and compiling of official receipts, prepare and submit government compliance and expense reports to leadership • Keep track of compliance deadlines, maintain organized filings and documents for future audits • Create BIR 2307 for suppliers before the specified deadline and ensure timely VAT and income tax filings every quarter • Process the Tax Annualization requirements annually, including filing of Employee Alphalist, or preparing and filing the BIR 2316 for all employees • Create BIR 2316 for resigning employees, as needed • Facilitate the annual renewal of the Mayor's permit and process SEC requirements, including GIS and ITR submission • Handle 13th-month pay and leave encashment processing

• Reconciling credit card transactions daily; including purchases, accrued interest, fees, and payments. • Completing a daily delinquency report • Providing the Head of Accounting with financial audit support • Maintain/update report on employee bonus schedule and grant details • Assisting Head of Accounting with Month End close, including, preparing card related entries, providing supporting documentation to bookkeeper, and preparing monthly/quarterly investor reporting.

• Serve as the operational lead of LEE's day-to-day financial transactions • Own the full-cycle transaction process including accounts payable and receivable • Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards • Maintain audit trails and documentation
