• Be an equipment systems expert, provide the required support for the field sales force to correctly specify, install, and run equipment systems. • Provide on-site scope out, design and install of feed equipment at customer sites. • Manage Equipment Project Requests within product line areas. • Use the GEER/AFE process to ensure that projects are properly approved. • Manage the field equipment capital asset pool to minimize idle assets. • Facilitate design recommendations and ensure the low-cost path to procure. • Support field sales interface with the equipment acquisition process. • Product Management - maintain an equipment product line for sale to customers. • Support qualification of vendors for outsourced construction • Product Development - Facilitate the design and support of equipment systems to improve our equipment offerings and support our product launch efforts. • Provide technology transfer through training and technical information to help improve the understanding of equipment technology.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree)
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Project management of complex projects
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience learning new concepts and or technology and applying them
- Ability to work autonomy and direct/coach both indirect/direct reports
- Experience working in multi levels within an organization to achieve results
- Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What You’ll Do: - Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. - Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project.
