People & Management Analyst (Mid-level)

• Generalist role in Human Resources, handling recruitment processes for the Multitude group (second-stage hires), supporting performance and development cycles, providing support to leaders and employees, and liaising with the Payroll/HR Operations team and other people management-related activities. • Responsible for managing Multitude vacancies from profile alignment through to completion of the recruitment process, in coordination with and supported by Bernoulli’s Recruitment & Selection team. • Supporting leaders with job requisitions and other people management-related requests. • Serving as a point of contact for employee and leadership inquiries, interfacing with the Payroll/HR Operations team as needed. • Supporting performance evaluations and employee development cycles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the RM TOTVS system and other HR subsystems is a plus.
  • Experience working at the HR interface/partnering with HR teams.
