PRINCIPIA

Role Description - Atendimento a chamados de suporte técnico remoto e presencial (N1/N2) - Implantação e padronização de máquinas para usuários - Instalação, configuração e troubleshooting de hardware, software e periféricos - Suporte a equipamentos Samsung, Dell e impressoras térmicas - Configuração de BIOS, RAID, NVMe e instalação de Windows corporativo - Administração básica de rede e diagnóstico de falhas (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, conectividade) - Suporte a autenticação, BitLocker e políticas corporativas - Setup de ambientes corporativos e pontos de venda (POS/PDV) - Implantação e configuração de quiosques - Apoio em inauguração de unidades e ambientes logísticos - Suporte ao sistema Bling (ERP) e demais sistemas corporativos - Configuração e suporte de transmissão ao vivo - Manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos - Apoio em inventário, controle de ativos de TI e documentação de processos Qualifications - Superior cursando ou formado na área de TI - Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux - Protocolos (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Experiência com ferramentas de suporte remoto e atendimento a usuários - Microsoft 365 (Administração) - Segurança da informação e privacidade de dados Requirements - Superior cursando ou formado na área de TI - Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux - Protocolos (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Experiência com ferramentas de suporte remoto e atendimento a usuários - Microsoft 365 (Administração) - Segurança da informação e privacidade de dados
