• Processing all the orders assigned to you promptly • Navigating through the logistical challenges posed by each order to find an optimal solution • Coordinating order timelines with Campus Managers/Clients/Vendors/Decorators to ensure that everyone is on the same page • Working on projects/campaigns as and when required

• Serve as a community-based, patient-facing resource, building relationships with patients and caregivers through direct, in-person re-engagement in assigned geographic areas • Provide hands-on support to patients and caregivers, including assisting with program re-enrollment, onboarding, and mobile app setup and utilization • Preform telephonic outreach to caregivers of attributed patients to re-engage children in care, support seamless onboarding, and re-engage those who missed their initial onboarding visit or have not utilized services post-onboarding • Educate patients and caregivers on Imagine Pediatric services and available community resources, ensuring they understand how to access care and support • Maintain and gather up-to-date knowledge of local community resources (e.g., social services, healthcare providers, SDOH supports) and connect families to appropriate services • Conduct community events and facility rounding to engage eligible patients, strengthen relationships, and support ongoing program participation • Partner with our Behavioral Health teams and local behavioral health providers to support safe patient discharge planning and ensure seamless connection to community-based resources and ongoing care. • Partner with caregivers, families, and facility staff to identify and address barriers to engagement and access to care and work with leadership on ensuring workflows exist to enable access to care • Collaborate closely with the Patient Engagement Team (Outreach & Enrollment), including Outreach Specialists and Registered Nurses, to support patient re-engagement goals • Support non-clinical care coordination efforts in the community, including assisting with connecting patients to primary care providers, facilitating pharmacy access and medication-related needs, providing basic discharge and follow-up support, addressing social determinants of health (SDOH) needs, and removing barriers to care and service access.

• Design, develop, and implement data integrations using SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS • Translate and map customer data into our application to ensure accuracy and performance • Serve as a technical leader within the implementation team, promoting best practices and high-quality standards • Identify system gaps or inefficiencies and design scalable, forward-thinking solutions • Contribute to technical architecture and ensure adherence to coding standards • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery processes • Configure and enhance product implementations to meet customer-specific requirements • Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support • Evaluate and contribute to the review of third-party integration opportunities • Provide technical recommendations for custom feature requests • Develop and deploy small enhancements and modifications using .NET technologies • Research and introduce emerging technologies to improve development practices and organizational efficiency

• Collaborate cross-functionally & externally to investigate deviations/non-conformances & consumer complaints. Track and trend issues that may require further corrective or preventive action (CAPA) • Issue, track and trend supplier nonconformance (NCRs) to ensure timely resolution of nonconforming issues • Support the hold, release, inspection, rework &/or destruction of nonconforming product. Provide timely internal & external communication regarding disposition • Prepare supplier performance metrics and scorecards. • Maintain OLLY’s quality databases, supplier documentation and approved supplier master list • Support the supplier audit & qualification program. • Provide Quality support for our supply partners & cross-functional teams (i.e. Product, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs), as needed • Other duties as assigned
