• Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for Coupa Procurement and Expense Management modules. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, sourcing, invoicing, supplier onboarding, and expense management. • Configure Coupa modules including Requisition Management, Purchase Orders, Approval Workflows, Supplier Management, Invoicing, Expense Management, Budget Controls, Catalog Management. • Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives and optimize procurement operations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Coupa capabilities. • Support integration activities between Coupa and ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other finance platforms. • Work with technical/integration teams on API, middleware, and data migration activities. • Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities. • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations.

• Provide technical advice, support and capacity building to procurement and non-procurement staff in line with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) procurement policies and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices. • Work with global, regional and country colleagues (both CRS and Partner) to advance the delivery of high-quality programming. • Empower procurement and non-procurement staff through expert guidance, practical tools, and direct support. • Support capacity building efforts through close coordination with Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Knowledge Management and Learning (KML), Global Procurement Managers and Specialist IIs. • Ensure procurement policies and procedures are current, compliant, and well-understood across the agency. • Execute end-to-end procurement processes under tight timelines when necessary.

• Conduct targeted candidate sourcing on LinkedIn to identify high-calibre professionals within the medical technology, insurance and employee benefits sectors. • Execute and track multi-stage message campaigns and follow-up sequences to maintain high engagement rates. • Maintain and update recruitment spreadsheets, coordinate interview schedules, and support end-to-end recruitment operations. • Assist with the creation and scheduling of LinkedIn and social media content to enhance market visibility. • Utilize video tools like Loom to streamline internal updates and professional communication workflows.

• Oversee the governance and performance tracking of the Global Procurement OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) and KPIs • Facilitate regular strategic review cadences with procurement teams to assess OGSM progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive course corrections • Direct and manage the full project lifecycle for strategic global procurement initiatives • Act as the primary liaison between Procurement, cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution • Develop detailed project charters, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and project schedules • Establish and monitor robust governance frameworks, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure external partners meet performance commitments and expectations • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks/issues, escalating to executive sponsors when necessary • Manage project financials and related commitments, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within approved financial parameters • Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews with global stakeholders and external partner leadership across different time zones • Develop clear, impactful project communications and executive-level status reports • Act as the primary point of escalation for outsourcing-related project issues, facilitating joint continuous improvement initiatives between internal teams and external providers
