Role Description WebPresented is seeking a driven and technically strong Integration Specialist to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering seamless implementations of our commercial software solutions while ensuring reliable integration with our customers’ business systems. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and business — translating customer requirements into scalable, high-performing integrations that deliver measurable value. This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence technical direction, and contribute to the continued evolution of our platform. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement data integrations using SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS - Translate and map customer data into our application to ensure accuracy and performance - Serve as a technical leader within the implementation team, promoting best practices and high-quality standards - Identify system gaps or inefficiencies and design scalable, forward-thinking solutions - Contribute to technical architecture and ensure adherence to coding standards - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery processes - Configure and enhance product implementations to meet customer-specific requirements - Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support - Evaluate and contribute to the review of third-party integration opportunities - Provide technical recommendations for custom feature requests - Develop and deploy small enhancements and modifications using .NET technologies - Research and introduce emerging technologies to improve development practices and organizational efficiency Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience - Strong experience with SQL Server relational databases and OLAP technologies - Working knowledge of industry best practices in software development and system integration - Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript (experience with Vue.js, React, Flutter, or similar frameworks is a plus) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Technical and business acumen with a customer-first approach Tech Stack & Process - SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS - C#/.Net - NET/VueJS/Flutter/React/JavaScript Benefits - Comprehensive Health Coverage: Coverage begins on your first day of employment. - 401K Plan (US): We match 1:1 for the first 3% of contributions and 0.5:1 for the next 2%. Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Integration Specialist to design and deliver scalable integrations across Salesforce B2B Commerce, MIM, and enterprise ecosystems. - Architect and implement API-led integrations using REST/SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi), and event-driven patterns aligned to Salesforce best practices. - Collaborate with solution architects, BAs, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust integration solutions. - Develop, optimize, and maintain integrations with ERP, PIM, Order Management, and external systems ensuring high availability and performance. - Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards, security protocols (OAuth, JWT), and data governance policies. - Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex integration issues across environments. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks for integration components. - Support transformation initiatives by enabling reusable integration frameworks and accelerating time-to-market. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration design, data mappings, and support processes.
