• Conduct targeted candidate sourcing on LinkedIn to identify high-calibre professionals within the medical technology, insurance and employee benefits sectors. • Execute and track multi-stage message campaigns and follow-up sequences to maintain high engagement rates. • Maintain and update recruitment spreadsheets, coordinate interview schedules, and support end-to-end recruitment operations. • Assist with the creation and scheduling of LinkedIn and social media content to enhance market visibility. • Utilize video tools like Loom to streamline internal updates and professional communication workflows.

• Oversee the governance and performance tracking of the Global Procurement OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) and KPIs • Facilitate regular strategic review cadences with procurement teams to assess OGSM progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive course corrections • Direct and manage the full project lifecycle for strategic global procurement initiatives • Act as the primary liaison between Procurement, cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution • Develop detailed project charters, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and project schedules • Establish and monitor robust governance frameworks, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure external partners meet performance commitments and expectations • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks/issues, escalating to executive sponsors when necessary • Manage project financials and related commitments, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within approved financial parameters • Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews with global stakeholders and external partner leadership across different time zones • Develop clear, impactful project communications and executive-level status reports • Act as the primary point of escalation for outsourcing-related project issues, facilitating joint continuous improvement initiatives between internal teams and external providers

• Responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of the balance portfolio across brands and markets. • Own the category roadmap, ensuring strong differentiation, competitive positioning, and alignment with customer needs. • Work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, Commercial Excellence, and global brands to translate insights into impactful product decisions. • Directly support growth, profitability, and innovation across the Diagnostics business. • Play a key role in strengthening and evolving the balance category.

• Own end-to-end procurement of fragrance oils, aroma chemicals, essential oils, and related raw materials • Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors • Leverage existing industry relationships (or rapidly build them) to improve pricing, reliability, and supply continuity • Identify and qualify new sourcing partners to expand the supply base and reduce risk concentration • Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and supply agreements with vendors • Continuously evaluate supplier performance across cost, quality, consistency, and compliance • Act as the internal subject matter expert on procurement strategy within the fragrance/chemical space • Recommend and implement a clear sourcing roadmap and procurement best practices • Navigate proprietary and sensitive supplier relationships with discretion and professionalism • Work closely with leadership to align procurement decisions with growth and margin goals
