Coupa Functional Expert – Procurement, Expense Management

Elfonze Technologies

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for Coupa Procurement and Expense Management modules. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, sourcing, invoicing, supplier onboarding, and expense management. • Configure Coupa modules including Requisition Management, Purchase Orders, Approval Workflows, Supplier Management, Invoicing, Expense Management, Budget Controls, Catalog Management. • Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives and optimize procurement operations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Coupa capabilities. • Support integration activities between Coupa and ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other finance platforms. • Work with technical/integration teams on API, middleware, and data migration activities. • Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities. • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong functional expertise in procurement and expense management solutions.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Coupa implementation/support projects.
  • Strong understanding of: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Source-to-Contract (S2C) Supplier Lifecycle Management Expense Management Invoice Processing Procurement Operations.
  • Experience in Coupa configuration, workflow setup, approvals, and business rule management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and finance business processes.
  • Experience working with ERP integrations and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, flat files, and data mapping concepts.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interact with business users and leadership teams effectively.
