Role Description We’re in search of a well-rounded Senior Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in building Voltage Park’s BFT (best functioning team). We’re looking for somebody with start-up or MANGO-level tech experience who understands how the different roles within a tech company fit together – ideally, you’ve worked across multiple teams, such as engineering, product and sales. You’ll be championing inclusive, equitable hiring processes and providing a best-in-class candidate experience, while building trust with teams throughout our organization – starting with our AI software engineering group and expanding to other teams within the org.
