Role Description We are looking for a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Recruiter to be a foundational member of our team, sourcing and hiring elite talent in both the US and Latin America. This is an opportunity to build our talent acquisition function from the ground up. You will own the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to managing the candidate pipeline and partnering directly with our leadership team. We need a savvy, empathetic professional who excels at selling a compelling vision and can navigate conversations with top-tier talent. Responsibilities - Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including technical (engineering) and non-technical. - Be a Strategic Partner: Work directly with the founding team to understand critical business needs and define ideal candidate profiles for roles. - Build the Engine: Take ownership of our ATS, building out the processes to facilitate a fast, efficient, and data-driven recruiting function. - Champion the Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging your empathy and communication skills to sell candidates on our vision and ensure every person has a world-class experience. - Source the Unfindable: Utilize your expertise with tools like LinkedIn to actively hunt for and engage the "rockstar" talent that isn't actively looking. Qualifications - Extensive Recruiting Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally with a background working in a fast-paced agency environment. - Passive Sourcing: You must be an expert with tools like LinkedIn and have a demonstrated track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive, high-caliber candidates. - Exceptional English Communication & Influence: You are a natural relationship-builder who can navigate conversations with senior US-based candidates with confidence and empathy. English level C1 or higher is required. - Ownership & Autonomy: You have a builder's mindset and are excited by the opportunity to own a function, implement an ATS, and work from scratch. - High-Volume, High-Quality: You have experience managing a demanding req load while maintaining a high bar for quality and a positive candidate experience. - Availability: Must be able to work core hours in the Pacific Time (PST) zone. - Located within Colombia (preferably Medellin). - Bilingual in English and Spanish. Requirements - Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends).
