Role Description We’re seeking a highly independent Social Content Specialist to support content execution across multiple music and media brands. This role spans video editing, content posting, and channel operations across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can own execution end-to-end with minimal direction. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a minimum 2-month commitment. You must be available during US business hours. Please note: This role involves managing editorial and fan community accounts across multiple brand properties. Candidates must be comfortable working across several accounts simultaneously and executing high daily content volumes independently. Duties and Responsibilities - (Priority Brand) - Edit and post weekly 1-hour music mixes to the main YouTube channel using native material. - Create and post 2–3 reels per day to the main channel using native and sourced/reposted content. - Manage 2 burner channels: create and post 6 reels per day using reposted and sourced content. - (YouTube) - Produce one high-quality, visually polished video essay edit per month. - Clip video essays into short-form content for YouTube Shorts and reels. - Post one video essay per week, dubbed in multiple languages, to the YouTube channel. - Post 2 reels per day of clipped native content to the channel. - Company - Create and post content to editorial burner accounts on Instagram and X using provided templates and brand guidelines. - Maintain a cadence of 6 posts per day across 3 accounts covering news in tech, pop culture, and music. - General - Manage scheduling, posting, and channel operations across all assigned platforms independently. - Source and curate repostable content appropriate to each brand’s voice and audience. - Maintain consistent output quality and posting cadence without client-side oversight. - Perform other content and channel duties as assigned. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or digital channel management. - Proven ability to manage high daily content volumes across multiple accounts and platforms simultaneously. - Strong video editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating visually appealing, platform-native output. - Proficiency with short-form video platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X. - Experience with content scheduling tools and channel operations. - Highly self-directed: able to own execution from brief to publish with minimal guidance. - Strong written English for captions, post copy, and content curation. - Comfortable working across multiple brand identities and content voices simultaneously. - Experience with multi-language content posting or dubbing workflows is a plus. - Music industry interest or cultural fluency in music, tech, and pop culture strongly preferred. - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, multi-venture environment.
