Role Description We are looking for a highly capable, commercially minded Freelance Client Delivery & Operations Manager to take ownership of pharmaceutical client accounts and lead the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong client relationship management - End-to-end project delivery expertise - Operational oversight and problem-solving - Experience working within regulated pharmaceutical environments You will act as the central point of coordination between clients, delivery teams, freelancers, and internal stakeholders — ensuring projects are delivered compliantly, efficiently, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
