• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining the general ledger, performing reconciliations, and assisting with the month-end and year-end close. • Prepare and post journal entries; maintain and update the chart of accounts. • Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations. • Assist in preparing accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Oversee or assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. • Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation. • Ensure all financial records comply with GAAP. • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with QuickBooks online (preferred) or ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
