Director of M&A Integration

Instacart

• Own end-to-end integration strategy and execution for multiple acquisitions annually • Stand up and run the Integration Management Office for each deal • Partner cross-functionally with various teams to deliver Day 1 readiness • Build and maintain integration playbooks, KPI frameworks, and dashboards • Lead TSA scoping and management; coordinate systems and data integration priorities • Serve as the primary executive liaison for integration • Conduct integration diligence and provide input to deal models

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, strategy/operations, or management consulting
  • Led 6+ full-cycle integrations as an IMO lead or major workstream owner
  • Proven experience coordinating 10+ cross-functional stakeholders
  • Expertise in integration governance and Day 1/Day 100 planning
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics and program tools: Google Sheets/Excel, Slides, and project management platforms
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on deal needs
