Private Cloud & Flex Solutions Program Manager

• Provide end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs across the product lifecycle—from concept and New Product Introduction (NPI) through release, sustaining, and end-of-life • Drive execution excellence by building and managing integrated schedules, aligning dependencies across engineering and partner teams • Enforce PDLC governance, ensuring delivery commitments are met on time and within budget • Support and/or lead teams through the engineering development process and implementation of the company’s products • Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensure progress against established plans • Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders • Collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in manufacturing and/or engineering organization
Job Requirements
- 6+ years overall experience in program/project management, engineering program management, or technical program management
- 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid) supporting engineering delivery
- 5+ years of New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or product release execution ownership
- 5+ years’ experience coordinating cross-functional execution
- 5+ years working directly with engineering and program cross-functional teams
- 3+ years influencing delivery commitments and outcomes with senior stakeholders
- 4+ years driving program execution using formal governance, identifying risks/dependencies early, and improving process and program efficiencies in partnership with engineering leadership
- 4+ years of extensive experience using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results (e.g., Jira and Smartsheet)
- 4+ years of schedule ownership ensuring milestones and timelines are met
- 4+ years’ experience driving recovery plans for slipping milestones
- 3+ years’ operating at senior stakeholder level
- 3+ years presenting status, risks, and trade-offs to senior management
- 3+ years contributing to measurable process improvements (e.g., improved predictability, reduced cycle time, improved on-time delivery)
- 3+ years hands-on experience using Jira for program execution tracking and stakeholder reporting
- 2+ years hands-on experience using Smartsheet to build and maintain program schedules and reporting
- 2+ years of informal or formal mentoring/leadership responsibilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with 3+ years’ experience using execution metrics to drive corrective actions
- Demonstrated business acumen with 4+ years successfully managing program scope, schedule, budget, and resources, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience
- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
