• Craft thought leadership content for senior leaders, including speeches, keynotes, social posts, and industry communications in close partnership with Marketing. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, PR, IR, and People) to align storytelling and amplify impact. • Lead end-to-end communications for change programs, partnering closely with senior leaders on org meetings, leader communications, product launches, internal initiatives, and employee updates. • Write crisp, compelling, and human-centered content • Support the development of presentations, Q&As, and strategic talking points for internal and external engagements. • Ensure messages cascade effectively across the Product Pillar, building clarity, confidence, and connection. • Coach and advise leaders on storytelling, presence, and message delivery in high-impact settings. • Navigate complex, fast-moving environments with sound judgment and discretion. • Translate complex strategies, technical updates, and organizational change into accessible, inspiring communications. • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions to ensure communications are cohesive, timely, and audience-first. • Partner with colleagues in the Employee Communications team and Change Enablement to connect the dots between business priorities and employee experience.
Job Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic storytelling, or related roles ideally within a high-growth, technology, or product-driven organization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats (speechwriting, narratives, long-form, and short-form).
- Experience supporting senior leaders with discretion, empathy, and strategic acumen.
- Strong understanding of technology, product development, and innovation narratives (bonus if you have experience communicating about AI or SaaS).
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute quickly balancing creativity with clarity and precision.
- Strong understanding of how to use AI tools to enhance creativity, research, and content development (we really love AI and you should too).
- Collaborative, adaptable, and unflappable under pressure, able to connect dots across teams and translate complexity into clarity.
