Satellite Office
• Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, documents, and visual materials aligned with client branding and project requirements. • Format and refine presentations with strong attention to layout, typography, consistency, hierarchy, and visual storytelling. • Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Translate client briefs and concepts into polished, engaging, and professional visual designs. • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, visually compelling, and completed to a high standard. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, revisions, and timelines. • Adapt to client-specific templates, brand guidelines, workflows, and presentation standards. • Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge of design and presentation best practices.
Job Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including presentation formatting and template management.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- − InDesign
- − Illustrator
- − Photoshop
- Strong graphic design and desktop publishing experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, layout, and visual communication capabilities is required.
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, layout, and formatting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and execute briefs effectively.
